By Bus - Another popular way of getting to Mexico City would be by bus. Naturally, such trips would be much cheaper than alternative air fares and more interesting too. This travel option applies to visitors traveling mainly from the United States of America, where you do not even have to transit onto different buses to get to Mexico City.

There are four main bus terminals within Mexico City: Terminal Autobuses del Norte. Terminal de Autobuses del Poniente, Terminal de Autobuses del Sur and
Terminal de Autobuses del Oriente. The different bus services will land their passengers at different terminals depending on which one they operate from, so it is important to ascertain which one in order to preplan your travel arrangements.
