As humans, we are born with the natural instinct for sweet natural fruits which draws us like magnets to them.
I doubt that there are other types of food as oranges or other fruits in summer, winter or any other time of the year that would satisfy our natural instincts like oranges and other fruits.
There are no man made dish to substitute for the juices of many types of freshly picked oranges and other fruits that rival that of these with their luscious taste and aromatic nature.
As far back in time when humans inhabited the earth, fruits were in existence and eaten long before the introduction of grains, legumes and dairy products etc. These oranges and other fruits have been planted and harvested only for about 10,000 years or less. Fruits were here since the beginning of time.—at the dawn of humanity. According to studies in anthropology, fruits and many types of oranges have been a very important aspect of the human diet for hundreds of thousands of years.
Oranges and other fruits are the healthiest of foods. Because of their high Vitamin content they are very healthy to eat and we should eat more types of oranges, grapefruit, and lemons and other fruits as often as we can. Besides, they have excellent nutritional qualities supplying our body’s daily needs of calcium, potassium, etc.
But, very few people recognize these extensive amounts of healthy benefits in many types of oranges and other fruits. And, they do place their nutritional value in the top ranks of their daily diet program. While others only see oranges and other fruits as snacks and desserts and rarely do they see oranges and other fruits as a staple food—which it should be.
Generally, the populace see oranges and other fruits as healthy snacks—but that should change that view as they learn the wealth of benefits derived from eating freshly picked and juiced oranges and other fruits.

According to the study, those who ate fresh oranges and other fruits regularly had a 32 percent lower risk of dying from cerebrovascular disease, such as strokes, and a 24 percent lower risk of dying from ischemic heart disease, than those who ate all types of oranges and other fruits less than once a day. It is also interesting to note that numerous types of oranges and other fruits contain lots of fiber, which is necessary for optimum digestion—and helps greatly in better bowel movements to keep your colon clean and healthy.
The best time to eat or drink your fresh oranges and other frits is on an empty stomach at least half an hour before a meal, according to research of test subjects at a clinic.
Since your stomach is in a deep hunger state for food it would pounce on anything to consume. Also, when you drink freshly picked type of oranges on a empty stomach your body will also absorb it quickly –a good thing--but when you eat or drink something harmful it is also absorbed quickly so be careful how you choose your food and drink.
