3. Marketing - How are you marketing your business? Talking to friends and family? Handing out flyers? 3 foot rule? Are you actually buying leads online? These and other "techniques" are how most people are taught to "market" their business, however, this really isn't marketing at all. These would fall under the category of sales or networking techniques, not marketing. We are in the network MARKETING industry, not the network networking or network sales industry. Learning to properly market your business and brand yourself is a must for success in your business.

4. Sponsor - Our sponsors are often one of the biggest problems because they are the ones teaching the above techniques. It's not that they are bad people or have bad intentions, it's just that they don't know any more than what they were taught themselves. Remember 98% of people in this industry are
basically applying the same principles. It is important to have a sponsor who can actually mentor you in these areas. There is a HUGE difference between a sponsor and a mentor. You need to establish yourself as a mentor to the people you bring into your business and create value to the people who are under you. This is what will separate you from everyone else in your organization.

So now that we have addressed the primary challenges most network marketers face, what is the solution? To answer that we must look at what the top producers in the industry are doing. Industry leaders and producers understand the value of owning a system. You must have a duplicable system in place for you to address all four of these challenges. A system is something that will run on autopilot once it is in place. it's something that you can teach your downline how to implement so they can achieve the same level of success.
